Transfer a client to another clinician

https://api.blueprint.ai/v2/clients/{clientId}/transfer

Reassigns a client to a different primary clinician in the same clinic. Transfers across clinics are rejected, even within the same organization. Returns 409 if the client is already assigned to the target clinician, if the client has no primary clinician to transfer from, or if the transfer crosses clinics.

401The access token has expired. Request a new one from POST /partners/authenticate.

403The access token is invalid or not recognized, or the X-API-Key header is missing.

404The resource in the path does not exist, or does not belong to your partner organization.

409The client is already assigned to the target clinician, the client has no primary clinician assignment to transfer from, or the transfer would cross clinics.
