Create a client

https://api.blueprint.ai/v2/clinicians//clients

Creates a client belonging to a clinician. Set externalId to your own identifier, such as a medical record number. phoneNumber must be a valid US or Canadian number in E.164 form, for example +15555550123; anything else fails with 400.
