Returns the roles you can assign in this organization. Pass their keys in the roles field of POST /clinics/{clinicId}/clinicians or PATCH /clinicians/{clinicianId}. Every clinician always holds the clinician role. When rolesManagedByIdentityProvider is true, the organization's roles are assigned by its identity provider through directory sync, and only clinician is listed. Organizations that use single sign-on without directory sync can manage roles through the API.
